Founded by Polish immigrant Joseph Bzikot in the 1940s, this small Domaine in Puligny is currently making some of the most classic and fine value wines in this most famous of villages. Half fermented and matured in steel to maintain freshness while the other half is matured in French oak, 5% of it new, to add complexity, depth and texture. Rich and concentrated with lovely deep citrus notes, almonds and green fruit.
