Grapegrowing: Our Pinot Gris is sourced from the West Sussex/Hampshire border. The vineyards are found on free-draining loam at 100m altitude.
Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested and whole cluster pressed separately at BGW. This wine has gone through a week's fermentation on its skins which adds colour, body and greater intensity of aromas and flavours.
Fact: This would be considered an orange wine by the method of production but in fact is deep gold in colour.
