A third of the Chardonnay underwent one-week skin contact before fermenting and aging on lees in the amphora for eight months. A unique wine with a light structure, balanced and supported by a good acidity and concentrated orchard fruit flavour. In the mouth notes of ripe stone fruit, with a strong, mineral finish.
