Refunds & Returns

 
  • Cancellations are refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled event, after this time tickets become non-refundable. You can receive credit for event cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event. Credit can be used in-house only or towards future events (pending availability). For those who cannot attend and have missed the cancellation deadline, tickets are transferable to another person - please email info@streathamwinehouse.com to make us aware of this change.

    Please note some events will have slightly different refund policies so always check the booking page before purchase.

    If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to info@streathamwinehouse.com, please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund request.

    Please always let us know any allergy information, mobility issues or special requests prior to booking onto events. Our team is available via info@streathamwinehouse to assist you with any queries.

  • Damage:

    If an item arrives damaged, or not as expected please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. If we do not receive any notification or photographic evidence within this time frame, you may not be eligible for a refund/return.

    Returns:

    If you wish to return an item purchased from our online shop please let us know within 14 days of placing the order. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any items returned after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however store credit can be offered in some circumstances. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please note that discounted items are final and will not be available for refund.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Shipping costs for the original sending of the item(s) are non refundable.

  • Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

    Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

  • If you buy wine that you believe to be corked/ faulty please keep the bottle and return it to our store (either by post or in person). You must return the bottle with the receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that bottles may not always be available for replacement.
